The outside world can be a complicated dumpster fire. The therapy room is a safe space for you to be able to vent and talk about the things that are too scary to say out loud. I am here to hold your fears, anger and joy with you, no matter how big. The goal of therapy is find healthy ways for you to be comfortable in the boundary of your own skin and move safely throughout the world with intention and insight. Typically I work with individuals who are looking to understand the origins of the behaviors and feelings in order to break habits and gain a sense of control over their identity. This can be done through individualized skill based interventions utilizing CBT and DBT as well as learning to have healthy boundaried relationships that starts with the therapist.
